Your Goals and Challenges
As you know, it helps to keep to your weight loss and fitness programme if you have a reason, goal or challenge, however big or small. I decided to get into a Boxing ring for 3 rounds for charity. I then told everyone I knew, so that it would be hard for me to quit and it then took a year to get fit enough to do it. It was such a mad challenge but in the course of training for it I found I was capable of so much more than I thought possible, both physically and mentally. I hope you might consider your own challenge, whatever it might be. The challenges on this site are only suggestions and I'm sure with a bit of thought you can come up with some ideas that would suit you more. It doesn't matter what you do. It matters that you do do!
IF YOU ARE INVOLVED IN A CHALLENGE THAT YOU THINK OTHER VIEWERS TO THE SITE MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN, THEN EMAIL ME WITH THE DETAILS TO GET IT POSTED HERE FOR FREE.
